We welcome membership enquiries from Online Learning Providers, Academic, Publishers, and Developers working in the area of online learning provision or materials development.
Learning Providers offering online training courses are eligible for Full Membership. Others are eligible for Associate Membership.
To be eligible for full membership providers must satisfy the OLC that their courses are suitable for students, that they provide a high standard of tutorial support to their students and that they as an organisation are of good standing with a proven track record.
Code of Ethics
All Full Members must agree to comply with OLC’s Code of Ethics. This guarantees a high standard of service and integrity on the part of OLC members.
Using the OLC logo on your website or brochure gives potential students an assurance of quality and fair dealing. In the event of queries or complaints, the Council can provide a useful arbitration service.
Our website will shortly include a page for each Learning Provider or Associate Member, lists of available courses or related services, and links to members’ own websites. This can raise the profile of your organisation and also provide additional reassurance for students regarding the quality of your courses.
Membership of the OLC is free until the end of 2016. Membership runs from 1st January – 31st December each year.
To apply for membership, please complete the enquiry form below and we will contact you to request further information.
